Franck Reynier the deputy and mayor of Montelimar (France) will launch officially the electronic touristic passport on the first of July 2010. 

This electronic passport will have different forms : contactless card , usb key or NFC mobile phones . It will be the perfect companion for tourists during their hollidays  in the region of Drome. It is based on the Calypso sheme.

OTIPASS keeps records  of all the vouchers downloaded  by the holder from the website of the office of tourism for B&B , hotels , restaurants , leisure and cultural centers , spectacles and other touristic activities. Otipass is also a VIP pass giving to the holder  incentives and special discounts during his journey, including access to the local public transports. Otipass can be relaoded and thus can be used multiple times.

Otipass can be given like a customized and original smart gift card by selecting and downloadind  different gifts in accordance with the donor's budget and the receiver's tastes.
